About — the European alternative for generative AI | europeanGPU

Europe has the ideas. It was missing the GPUs.

europeanGPU was born of a simple observation: European companies and public bodies want generative AI, but not at the cost of handing their data to jurisdictions they did not choose. We are building the alternative — frugal, transparent, billed by usage.

Our commitments

Transparency

Public prices, public status

Pricing is on the website, and so is the service status. Incidents are documented, not covered up.

Reversibility

Leaving must be easy

Open-weights models, a standard API, no exit fees: your dependence on us is zero by construction.

Frugality

GPUs that stay busy

Endpoint pooling runs every card close to capacity, on a low-carbon electricity mix — the cheapest inference is the one you don’t waste.

The roadmap

2026 — Launch

Launch of the Qwen3.8-27B endpoint, followed by the Ministral 3 14B endpoint — our Mistral endpoint, French and lighter, for high-volume workloads (why Mistral and Qwen are champions of sovereignty →). Website in 12 languages, first enterprise and public-sector customers.

2027 — Catalogue

Expansion to other open models (embeddings, vision, code), reserved capacity for large volumes, ISO 27001.

2028 — Trust

SecNumCloud qualification, a second European hosting site, a strengthened contractual availability commitment.

“We don’t sell magic. We sell tokens, in euros, under European law — and we find that quite revolutionary enough.”
